The Institute of Management Accountants Carolinas Council is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. The IMA Carolinas Council is a regional organization that exists to serve local chapters of the Institute of Managment Accountants in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Augusta, Georgia.
Chartered in 1975, the Carolinas Council was the first Council formed within the IMA. As "Council One," we remain committed to our original spirit of leadership as we strive to meet the ever-changing professional education and development needs of our 13 chapters and more than 2,000 members.
